via Ebay, or you can phone us with your credit/debit card details on
01772728191 Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm. Please send your payment within 5 days to avoid
unpaid item cases being automatically opened by Ebay.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually
posted either the same day or the day after the cleared payment. (Definitely no
later than 3 working days) If you would prefer another method of carriage that
is not offered on the listing please contact us on 01772728191 Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm
and extra payments for an upgraded service (i.e. Special Delivery) can be taken
over the phone by debit/credit card. Please note that you cannot
down grade the postage method that we have chosen to put on the
listing. Collections can be made by appointment only.
We cannot be held
responsible if an item is lost or stolen in transit. If an item does not
arrive, please let us know and we will give you a copy of the proof of posting
or tracking number if applicable. If your package is taking longer
than expected please be aware that Royal mail will not class it as lost until
15 working days from the postage date and it can still be delivered up until
then. If ordering from overseas please send us a message through Ebay for a
postage quote.
RETURNS POLICY
We take great care
when photographing, describing and packing your item. In the
unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us
before you do anything else by messaging us through Ebay. If as a result of our
discussion, we advise you to return the item for a refund, please return it in
the original packing and the condition it was received in within 7 days.
Generally speaking you have to bear the cost for return postage. We do not
refund original postage costs unless requested. The address you need
