This is an unusual 1992 Fleer Rookie Sensation promotional sheet. For 5 wrappers and $2.00, you could receive a serial numbered sheet numbered to /250,000 (really limited! lol). These sheets are the same size but are roughly cut and have never had serial numbers applied. I'm unsure where they came from originally. They are all in very good condition. See photos.
