Mono Construction…Meant to be connected to a shielded cable.

Plastic outer body with internal metal shielding.

These were made in the 80's and are not cheaply constructed,

like many of today's overseas products that fall apart.

A real steal if you need these.

NOTE: There is no 'switch' inside this jack.  

NOTE: Both short solder lugs (see photo number 2) connect to your cable center.

The longer solder lug (also acts as "strain relief") connects to your cable shield.
