We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. We will always give you a tracking number for your convenience. We offer FLAT RATE shipping in the US in order to get you the best prices on shipping.

International shipping is NOT flat rate, it is CALCULATED. The default international shipping method is USPS International First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail International which can take up to and sometimes more than 60 days depending on the location. Please allow a minimum of 45 days before filing any lost package claims. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers’ responsibility.

We do offer COMBINED SHIPPING on orders of multiple products as well in our store, to receive combined shipping, please simply add all your items to your cart before placing your order. Ebay will automatically adjust the shipping for you. When finished, click the Proceed to Checkout at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts to complete your payment by using your choice of payment method that you prefer.

Returns and Cancelled Order Policy:

Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns so that we can communicate clearly and directly in order to address the issue quickly. We are happy and willing to work with all of our customers so that you can get what you need. Returns will only be accepted on products that are unused and only if the item is in its original sealed packaging and again unused condition. The term "unused" refers to a product that has not been turned on and driven, a part that has not been installed onto a RC vehicle, and an opened packaging that is not damaged. 
If you have any issues with your ordered or if its an incorrect item then simply contact us through the eBay messaging system first so we can try to help you out before issuing a refund or filing a case, we will do everything we can to help you out asap. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt and all returns must be initiated through the eBay returns portal found in your purchase history, if returning a item the return cost is paid by the buyer. Note: All items must be returned in the original sealed packaging and in NEW & UNUSED condition to receive a full refund thank you.
