We started designing these flanges over 5 years ago and after multiple tests including running the different designs on multiple vehicles we concluded 2 main points: the inlet must be as unrestricted as possible for peak intake air flow and minimum of 8mm thick material is needed to avoid any warping during welding.

So our flanges are professionally laser cut in 10mm thick mild steel to guarantee no warping and the inlet matched to the charger to ensure maximum flow, we also can supply a full set of stainless steel bolts to attach them to any M45.
