Faults and Returns

Faulty items MUST be reported to us via eBay messages, followed by a video or photos to show the fault within 7 Business Days.

Our technicians may reach out to you via email or mobile to assist further.

Regarding faulty items, the buyer MUST provide a video of the fault and the buyer arranges to package the item safely and send the item back to us within 7 days of opening a return request.


If you have a faulty item, who pays for postage costs:


Please note we offer free postage on all our items to keep customers satisfied. However, once we confirm the fault and video is sent, we will approve the return and cover all costs back to us using eBay return label.


What happens after an item is returned after the customer advises it's faulty or not faulty or damaged in transit?


If we get the item back and find it not to be faulty, the customer will only get a refund of 50 percent ONLY or if the wrong item is returned, a refund will not be issued.

How long will it take before my order ships?

You should expect to receive your order in 4-10 business days. We aim to deliver faster than this, so you may receive your product sooner. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.


Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, we do not provide pick-up facilities.


Is tracking available for my order?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number and can be tracked on the Aus Post website.
