receipt, send the part back to Smart Shopper Auto Parts via priority mail or
regular mail of buyer’s choice since buyer is responsible for shipping fee of
returned item. You will receive
replacement or refund within 10 business days.

improper installation, or off road, commercial or marine use. Warranty on replacement parts cover 3 months. Warranty expires when you sell your
vehicle. Smart Shopper makes no other warranties,
express, or implied including the implied warranties of merchantability or
fitness for particular purpose. Smart
Shopper shall not be liable for any indirect, special incidental, or
consequential damages. The length of
limited warranty varies with each part.
