The Tiramisu recipe ingredients for 4/6 people:
400 grams of BOUDOIR BISCUITS, 400 grams of Mascarpone (special itaian cream cheese) or fresh cream, 3/4 eggs, 100 grams of sugar, 3/4 coffee cups, bitter cocoa as desired. The coffee can be mixed with or replaced with marsala, vermouth or any other kind of liqueur. How to prepare: Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until they turn to cream, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites, add the mascarpone cheese. Soak the boudoir biscuits lightly in the coffee and place a layer in a rectangular dish; then cover with a layer of mascarpone cheese. Alternate layers of boudoir biscuits and cream. Sprinkle with powered bitter cocoa. Serve cold.
