YOU GET OVER 1 YARD WIDTH, OVER 2 YARDS LENGTH! YOU'RE GETTING A GOOD SUPPLY OF FABRIC. BE SURE TO WATCH OUR VIDEO.
WHILE THIS TAKES SOME TIME TO DEGRADE-- unless you dunk it in water, it takes about two years before degradation begins-- WE FEEL that YOUR FABRIC SHOULD BE AT FULL STRENGTH upon receipt AND HAVE GONE THE EXTRA MILE TO VACUUM SEAL IT.
UNDERSTAND WHAT OTHERS ARE NOT TELLING YOU:
1. THERE IS currently NO FARADAY FABRIC THAT CAN GET WET AND REMAIN 100%. EVEN SILVER IS DAMAGED WHEN WET though it may take a month to manifest.
2. THEREFORE, THE AIR ITSELF BEGINS TO DEGRADE THIS PRODUCT dAY 1 off the factory floor. the only way to stop this is to vacuum pack the material. wHEN YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE, YOU HAVE A FRESH PRODUCT AND UNLESS YOU SOAK IT IN WATER, it WILL BE 2 YEARS BEFORE IT starts to DEGRADE. EVEN THEN, IT MAY DEGRADE ONLY A LITTLE depending upon how much MOISTURE is in the air -- which varies by location and even house to house! PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THIS BECAUSE SELLERS HAVE BEEN OMITTING THIS INFORMATION deliberately. yes, there is a shelf-life to shielding fabric. For this reason, using it in curtains/drapes, etc. should be designed to allow for the exchange of material every two years (if maximum shielding is your objective).
