Many of the Integy parts we sell are upgrades and hop-ups that are precision machined and made with alloy or carbon fiber. Some parts include new hardware where applicable, and others are designed to be used with your original hardware and fasteners. Shimming may be required for perfect alignment and fitment. Some parts may also require some permanent modification to the vehicle for fitment (as they are upgrades). Some parts may eliminate certain OEM features. Instructions for installation are not included; however you can ask your local dealer for assistance installing the part. Prior to installation be sure to check metal-to-metal fasteners for tightness, and use liquid threadlock when required, as some components are assembled for packaging purposes only.

Shipping & Handling:
We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. We will always give you a tracking number for your convenience. We offer FLAT RATE shipping in the US in order to get you the best prices on shipping.
International shipping is NOT flat rate, it is CALCULATED. The default international shipping method is USPS International First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail International which can take up to and sometimes more than 60 days depending on the location. Please allow a minimum of 45 days before filing any lost package claims. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers’ responsibility.
We can offer COMBINED SHIPPING on orders of multiple products as well. If you would like to utilize this feature then please do the following:

All the items in the cart must have the same shipping method in order to ensure you will not be charged shipping for each individual item.

Returns and Cancelled Order Policy:
Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns so that we can communicate clearly and directly in order to address the issue quickly. We are very willing to work with our customers so that you can get what you need. Returns will only be accepted on products that are unused. The term "unused" refers to a product that has not been turned on and driven, a part that has not been installed onto a vehicle, a vehicle that has not had fuel put into it, and opened packaging that is not damaged. In the case of a manufacturer defect the product should be reported directly to the manufacturer.
If you ordered the incorrect item then simply contact us through the Ebay messaging system and we will help you cancel your order. You have up to 15 days from the date of placing the order to request a return.
