AMERICAN BUYERS - my rate of $9.00 for shipping pains me, I cannot seem to send cards in a bubble mailer, across border for less than $9 at the post office now. If you’re interested in a card but don’t like the $9 shipping please message me, i can ship in a PWE for $2.00. I do this for my $0.99 auction cards.
