Item is new in open box.  Kohler K-T10359-4-BN Forte Thermo Control Valve Trim in Vibrant Brushed Nickel.  There are a few scratches on the round faceplacte, (barely noticeable), but can see in last three photos.  YOU WILL RECEIVE EVERYTHING THAT IS SHOWN IN THIRD PHOTO AND THAT IS ALL.  I do not know if this if everything needed to install this or if this is what is supposed to be in the box, but like i said you will receive what is shown in third photo and NOTHING ELSE!!  Reflects price significantly
