      Introducing the Brand new 38mm Ultra-Gate Small External wastegate, this WG for street and racing applications, specifically for classic 2 bolt flanges. Designed with minimum size and maximum flow in mind, the new 38mm Ultra-Gate is smaller and lighter than previous models & features unique locking collar design for quick and easy spring changes. Features a one-piece Alloy Aluminum Valve for maximum reliability and our proven Silicon Nomex Diaphragm.

      Wastegates are bolted to exhaust Turbo manifold, header, Exhaust, Downpipe. The advantage of external Wastegates is that the bypassed flow can be reintroduced into the exhaust stream further downstream of the turbine. This tends to improve the turbine's performance.
  • Internal base housing with forged stainless steel valves construction.
  • Fits any 35mm or 38mm turbo manifold wastegate port with 2-bolt pattern.
  • CNC billet aluminum T6061 housing for heat disbursement.
  • Heavy duty actuator diaphragm withstands temperatures up to 490 degrees Celsius.
  • Comes with 7 psi spring and 13 psi spring installed (2 springs installed for total 20 psi).

Blow Off Valve

      Introducing the Brand New Pro Series Blow-Off Valve, the BOV is a pressure relief device on the intake tract to prevent the turbo's compressor from going into surge. When the throttle is closed rapidly, the airflow is quickly reduced, causing flow instability and pressure fluctuations. Surge can eventually lead to thrust bearing failure due to the high loads associated with it. Blow-Off valves use a combination of manifold pressure signal and spring force to detect when the throttle is closed. When the throttle is closed rapidly, the BOV vents boost in the intake tract to atmosphere to relieve the pressure, helping to eliminate surge. that you can increase the performance and response from your engine without even raising the maximum boost level.
