Teledyne ISCO 4700 Refrigerated Waste Water Sampler - FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.

This unit does NOT function. When plugged in, there is no response from the LCD display / controls or refrigeration portion of the machine. The machine makes no sounds. It appears that nothing is getting power. I purchased this from a municipal utility and do not know the history or if any diagnosis was made.

LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY FROM FORT PIERCE, FL 34981.  MUST PICK UP WITHIN 21 DAYS.
