This is a vintage midcentury porcelain handpainted salt shaker, depicting a little lady in a blue dress and hat. She has her original plastic plug, and is stamped "Japan" on the bottom. She measures 4" tall.

She isn't perfect, but she has no chips or cracks, except for the tip of her nose being scuffed off. I'm afraid her expression is rather judgemental, but it makes me laugh every time I look at her! I hope she gives her next owner a giggle, too.
