Poliwrath 13/102 ERROR No Holo Layer CGC 3.5 W/SubGradeBase Set Shadowless WOTC.

I pulled this card in 1999 and in 2000 the neighbor hood kids jumped me and grabbed all my cards, including my first edition Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur. I was able to grab a few cards and get away. This here super rare Poliwarth with a missing holo foil layer was one I was able to grab and in the process bent most of them. Hence-why its is not a pristine card anymore. I hope it finds a collector for this type of error cards.
