Returns: returns are not accepted for bespoke/custom items


We accept returns as for non bespoke items, Within 14 days, un-opened.


The customer will pay all associated return costs including postage. If it is established that the product is defective then we will be happy to reimburse you for postage costs, providing we are supplied with sufficient photographic evidence which is used to determine the extent of damage and a dated proof of return postage from the buyer.
