Condition:  the Doll House is still in good physical condition, inside and out, but has some surface scratches, scuffs, and some dents primarily on the roof.  It also has light rusting on the bottom and underneath but the surface is still strong with no corrosion.  It looks like the front door has been glued on.  The whole house is still strong and usable.  The furniture pieces are still in good condition.  See all the photos for the actual Doll House and furniture pieces you will get, because what you see is what you get.
