You might feel the smell of fresh leather but it goes away after a couple of days.

Manufacturing process takes 10-15 working days.

Our delivery service take 10-15 working days to deliver your order.

Tracking Number will be provided as soon as the item leaves our factory.

We currently do not offer pick up facility.

                                      REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We  advise to check our size chart against your measurements when placing order. If wrong size has been ordered it can be exchanged. Customers will be required to pay for exchange postage for both sides.

We offer 30 days return policy. All items are examined carefully before dispatch, however if an item falls below your satisfaction level, we will refund you full price of the item purchased.

When returning an item for refund or exchange, please write a small cover note quoting your item number, id, stating the size you wish to exchange for (if applicable), full name and complete address.

All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition they were received in. Any products which smell of food, smoking or have clearly been worn and not resale-able to our standards will not be refunded or exchanged. Please note P&P costs are non refundable. Design and size customised products will not be exchanged or returned.
