La Guirlande, album mensuel d'art et de littérature, est une revue précieuse et confidentielle, car elle parut que pour 11 numéros seulement, d'octobre 1919 à septembre 1921 en un tirage de 800 exemplaires.

Publiée sous la direction littéraire de Jean Hermanovits et la direction artistique de Umberto Brunelleschi, elle fut, durant sa courte parution, la référence en matière d'élégance et de bon goût, donnant le ton aux milieux mondains.

Les multiples dessins dans le texte, les vignettes et les nombreuses planches hors-texte furent créées et signées par les grands illustrateurs du début du XXe siècle: au premier rang Umberto Brunelleschi, qui préside la revue, avec la collaboration de Georges Barbier, Martha Romme, Maurice Taquoy, Guy Arnoux, Emmanuel Blanche, Alexandre Zinoviev, Léon Bonnotte, Gerda Wegener, Jean-Gabriel Domergue, Eduardo Garcia Benito, et d'autres artistes encore.
