This is a Back to the Future "Doc Brown's Time Machine" Battery Operated DeLorean toy car, released in 1992 by Placo Toys. 

It was purchased by me new in Universal Florida back in the 1990's. It has never worked 100% the lights come on and the siren goes, but the car DOESNT MOVE, AND THE WHEELS DO NOT RISE. Obviously something needs to be fixed but this is being sold as a display piece only and NOT WORKING 100%. 

It looks amazing and is a great size but again it does not move across the floor and the wheels do not rise on their own. You can lift them manually however. Displays very well.

The original Universal Studios price sticker of $24.95 is still on the box.
