Color Rich Lighting came into existence in the mid-2000's in response to the massive expansion of housing and office space in the San Francisco Bay Area. But before they could get the market penetration they sought, the real estate market began to deteriorate to the point where the operation was no longer viable. Consequently there is a considerable amount of Color Rich Lighting product that still exists that was never sold or installed. Although Color Rich Lighting no longer exists, this item is new and unused although the box may show some signs of age.
