Hello! This is a 1960's or 1970's whimsical 6" tall Flocked Orament featuring a brightly colored Clown with big red nose, wearing a purple top-hat..and holding a booze bottle (LOL)
It is tagged "Delta Novelty, Made in Hong Kong"


CONDITION NOTES:

Someone wrote "Dick" on the back of his head and there are some marker discoloration on back
There are some worn-off spots to the flocking
Overall he shows WEAR from age...he is only in Poor-Fair condtion, but still displays well
