Faults and Returns


Faulty items MUST be reported to us via eBay messages followed by a video or photos to show the fault within 7 Business Days.

In regards to faulty items buyer Must provide a video of the fault and buyer to arrange to package the item safely and send the item back to us within 7 days of opening a return request.



If you have a faulty item who pays for Postage Costs:


Please note we offer free postage on all our items to keep customers satisfied; however, once we confirm the fault and and video is sent we will approve return and cover all cost back to us using eBay return label.



What happens after item is returned after customer advises its faulty but our tech inspects it and its not?


If we get the item back and find it not to be faulty customer will only get a refund of 50 Percent ONLY.
