Please contact me with images/video of the item received damaged to check and provide you with the return labels, if you are unable to ship it to the service center/Warehouse in Sri Lanka
All other returns should be returned to the Service center/Warehouse in Sri Lanka (Buyer Paid), However if you have any concern please contact me to check and assist you
