The paint is still vibrant and beautiful, with no loss to the paint that we can see
No chips or cracks in the glass lamps or chimneys
No cracks or gouges in the brass - just light age patina
All the brass is non-magnetic, so it is probably solid brass and not brass plated and therefore could be polished, if desired :) 
The marble bases have no cracks or large chips - just a couple small, shallow chips on each base, which aren't noticeable unless inspecting closely
