Returns Policy

For reasons of hygiene I am unable to accept returns on items of an intimate nature such as knickers, thongs, bodies, teddies, hosiery or mens underwear 

I check all my items thoroughly before posting, however if an item is in a sealed package and on opening you find it is faulty please contact me within two weeks of receipt for a replacement 

I am afraid I am unable to offer a free returns service.

Returns will be exchanged for an item of similar value.  Please order and pay for your exchange item before returning an item for refund.  

My postage costs to the buyer will not be refunded, and the buyer pays to return the item.  Please therefore check the attached size charts and contact me with any queries before purchase.  

Returned items must be packaged with care and returned unused, in the same condition they were received, and with labels intact.  Please include your packing slip in with the item.

Postage

I aim if possible to post items the same day if ordered before 9 am, but definitely by the next working day using Second Class postage.

Please allow 7-10 working days before contacting me if an item hasn't been received.  Although the aim is to get your item to you as soon as possible, adverse weather conditions or problems with the mailing service are beyond my control.
