Despite its age and lack of Dolby noise reducation we were genuinely surprised by the sound reproduction when we played both sides of the cassette on our Nakamichi CR1E through Yamaha AX 392 and Tannoy Mercury 4 speakers.  Its exciting to keep learning about the quality achievable from audio cassettes!
