This is a tool adaptor that allows red button, non-electrically driven** tools from cordless Dyson models V7, V8, V10, V11, and V15 to suit the hose tool socket on these following earlier Dyson models: DC23, DC24, DC25, DC26, DC27, DC28, DC29, DC30, DC31, DC32, DC33, DC34, DC35, DC36, DC37, DC38, DC39, DC40, DC41, DC42, DC43, DC44, DC45, DC46, DC47, DC48, DC49, DC50, DC51, DC52, DC53, DC54, DC55, DC56, DC58, DC59, DC63, DC65, DC66, DC75 and V6.

This adaptor does NOT fit the similar-looking red button tools from mains-powered Dyson models Light Ball, Big Ball, CY22, CY23, CY28, UP22, UP24 and UP34. This adaptor does NOT fit early Dyson models DC01-DC19.

The adaptor measures 14.5cm (5.75”) long. 

**Non-electrically driven tools do not rely on electrical power. This means this adaptor will NOT work on powered floor heads. It will only work on tools that do not require power to run such as upholstery tools, flexi crevice tools, reach-under tools, up-top tools, dusting brush tools, crevice tools, dog grooming tools, etc. Please refer to the photos showing tools fitted for examples.
