This is a RARE WW2 Nazi Germany Wehrmacht (Army) cigar ration stamp as pictured in MINT never hinged condition. This is a ration stamp and as such never had gum on back.  Stamp is not hinged or stuck in but floats freely inside clear mylar slip atop modern printed paper backer pic.
