It's more of a washed black.
Only worn a few times before I couldn't fit them so they're in great condition.
Measurements seam to seam are:
14.5 W waist
12.5" H waist to crotch
11" W thigh just under crotch
36.5" L outside length from waist to ankle
24" L inside from crotch to ankle
