This listing is for a set of 3 handmade gum paste poppy flowers. Because, each petal, leaf, stem or any part of the flower are individual made, they will not look alike or even be the same size, please allow +-mm in size and appearance from the pictures shown.
Every petal is attached to a bendable floral wire which makes the bloom of the flower adjustable. Then each wired petal is attached to the stem and are all secured with floral tape. To provide a more realistic and delicate look, I made the stamens out of polyester thread. Petals, buds, leaves are all dusted with edible dust.
With proper usage, this flowers can be re-used or saved as a momento. With proper storage , this flower can last forever.

Large Poppy
* 4.5" full open bloom (from tip to tip of petal at the widest points) , closed bloom is 3" wide and 2" tall. Total height of the large poppy is 6.25".
Medium Poppy
* 3.75" full open bloom (from tip to tip of petal at the widest points) , closed bloom is 2.75" wide and 1.75" tall. Total height of the medium poppy is 5.55"
Small Poppy(please note no leaf attached)
* 3.25" full open bloom (from tip to tip of petal at the widest points) , closed bloom is 2.75" wide and 1.5" tall. Total height of the small poppy is 4.75".

Toppers are intended for decorative purposes only, because they contain inedible parts like wires, tape, toothpicks, although the fondant/gum paste, colors and glitter are edible.
Upon receiving the package, very carefully unpack each decoration and store them in an airtight container lined preferably with parchment paper. Store at room temperature until your event. Do NOT place in refrigerator, freezer, keep away from draft and direct light. NO water! Do not leave on frosted cupcakes for an extended period of time if you choose the no toothpick option. Suggestion time to place them on is no more than 3 hours before your event. There will be no time limitation with the toothpick option.
