Steps for usage:

1.Connect the electrode to the meter.
2.Remove the electrode protective cap
3.Clean the electrode with distilled water and wipe clean the spare water.
4.Turn on the meter by pressing "ON/OFF" button
5.Immerse the electrode in the solution
6.Lightly shake the electrode, read the testing when the numeric stabilized.Press "C/'F" to convert temperature . Press the "MODE" button under the left screen to convert different mode between EC.ppm and CF .Press the "MODE"button under the middle screen to convert different mode between pH and ORP
7.Press the "ON/OFF" button to shut off the instrument.Clean the electrode with pure water, cover the electrode protective cap


How to calibrate PH:

1.The pH meter must be re-calibrated before using.
2.Turn on the meter by pressing ON/OFF button
3.Dissolve each buffer solution into 3 cups which is filled with 250ml distilled water
4.Press "MODE" button on "pH/ORP" screen to shift to pH mode
5.Immerse the electrode into the pH 6.86 solution.(under the temperature of 25℃)Press the "CAL" (calibration) button for 5 seconds and release.
-Display will start flashing 6.86
-Wait until the display stops flashing
Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry it with filter paper.
6.Immerse the electrode into pH 4.00 solution,
-Press "CAL" button for 5 seconds , 6.86 is flashing
-Short fast press "CAL" button again .4.00 is flashing
-Wait until display stops flashing.
Clean and dry the electrode with distilled water as before.
7.Test calibration by inserting electrode into the standard buffer solution,gently stir electrode until the screen display stabilizes. (if necessary repeat the calibration procedure)
8.Clean the electrode and replace the protective cap.


Note:

1.Always replace protective cap after using digital metero keep electrode from drying out due to prolonged exposure to air, which leads to slow unstable readings. If electrode has been dried out, immerse it into 3.3mol KCL standard solution for few hours.
2.Battery: When the battery is low, the battery symbol will shine Please connect the power supply to charge the battery.Usually need 5 hours for recharaing the battery
