RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30
day return and refund policy - If in the unlikely event that you are
unhappy with your purchase please contact us and one of our friendly team
will assist you. In the event that you have received
an item that has been damaged in transit or is significantly different to
what has been described you MUST make contact with us within 48 hours of
the purchased item being received. Once a return has been
approved please note that we will ONLY pay the cost of return shipping if
the item is damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described.
Buyers are responsible for paying full costs for return postage for all
other reasons including "change of mind" returns. All items MUST be returned
and received in original, unopened, and undamaged condition BEFORE a
refund is processed. Returns WILL NOT be accepted and refunds WILL NOT be
processed if this has not been adhered to.
All returned items being
returned for a refund must be accompanied with a tracking number.
All tracking numbers must be provided to
us as soon as the item has been return posted. This helps us to speed up refund
processing time frames.
CHANGE OF MIND
Returns that are due to Change
of Mind will incur a shipping fee and a restocking fee to cover our
original shipping and handling costs. These costs will be deducted
from your refund amount. All return
shipping costs for Change of Mind returns are to be fully paid for by
the buyer and will not be reimbursed.
Full tracking numbers must also be provided and all items MUST be
returned and received in original, unopened, and undamaged condition
BEFORE a refund is processed - Refunds WILL NOT be processed if this has
not been adhered to.
