Antique Silver Stilton Scoop
London, 1908
A good example of a Sterling silver stilton scoop. It has a simple Old English pattern handle with no engravings. It is good quality, weighing approximately 81g.
It measures approximately 7 1/2" (19cm) long and the scoop itself is 2" (5cm) long x 1 1/4" (3cm) wide. It weighs approximately 105g.
It is clearly hallmarked for London, 1908 and the makers Brewis & Co.
It is in excellent condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface scratches and a few light marks but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
