These are Custom made Recording/On Air signs, made of fine materials and handcrafted.
As shown on the picture there is a on/off switch, this way you can pull a cable from the recording sign into your studio and put it on or off when recording. It comes with a standard 30ft cable to the switch, you can connect it with a connection between the sign and the on/off switch so its easier to install in the studio.
There are more options available, the wireless switch is a normall light switch as seen in a house. It works on a far distances with a max of 100ft and signals true walls, windows and doors.
When you choose for the Auto DAW you can only connect your Recording sign true USB to youre computer Mac/PC, currently supported software / DAW: eg Pro Tools, Nuendo, Cubase, Logic Pro, Digital Performer, Sonar, Vegas Pro, Reaper uw.

3. Auto on DAW - $600: Recording sign Incl. 9ft usb cable for power and turning the sign on and off when press record in your daw.
4. Professional - $500: Recording sign Incl. 9ft power cable, custom on/off switch with a 30ft cable attached.(See photo's)
