In competition with Mercedes, Maybach produced some of the most luxurious cars in Europe between the two World Wars. The 1936-1939 Maybach Typ DSH Pullman Cabriolet had these features:
5.2 Liter 6-cylinder engine, top speed 87mph (140km/h), rear-wheel drive, sequential 4-speed gearbox, producing a meager 12 miles per gallon. It was 18 feet long (5.5 metres), & 6½ feet wide (1.84 metres).
