I do not use any freshener or scent. If any previous lingering smells are present, they are disclosed. Items may have been cleaned / sanitized prior to listing. 

I ship items within the continental US within 1-2 business days. 

If you live outside the continental US area, please contact me before purchasing for an updated shipping cost. If you are an International buyer, Ebay International Shipping program will be used. Any orders placed the day before, or on a holiday, will be shipped the next business day. 

I take pride in shipping items carefully. However, if an item is received damaged, please contact me immediately. All shipping materials (box, poly bag, bubble wrap, paper, etc.) must be kept, as well as it is necessary to take 7 pictures to document exterior damage of the box, as well as the interior damage of the item(s) that was purchased. This documentation is required to file a damage claim with both USPS and UPS.
