This beautiful vintage picture/jewelry holder has a brass tone enamal base with sea shells and tiny crystals. It features a gorgeous golden bronzed starfish also adorned with tiny, sparkling diamond-like crystals. Brass tone wires with swirls come out of the starfish to hold your photos, jewelry or business cards. there are tiny holes on the ends of the starfish arms where you could put earring wires.
