Shipping Policies:

  • We provide worldwide shipping from Taiwan's Warehouse by trustworthy shipping companies. We only ship our products to the address stated on the order note/ page. Package handling will take 1-15 working days (Depending on stock availability) after confirming the payment. Please double-check stocks availability with us, payment amount, and shipping information before checking out the order to make sure everything is correct. We will not accept any change to your order after payment has been made and we will not accept a request for shipping to another address you did not state when making the order.
  • All products are Free Shipping to the USA and an additional charge will be available for other countries. If your country/ region is not on the list when you check out, please contact us for further details on how to make the purchase.
  • Custom Clearance Notes: The price stated is excluding import duties, taxes, and any other charges asked by the respective authorities in your country. All the charges should be borne by the customers. We are not sure how each country’s custom clearance process is going. Please check with your country’s customs office.
  • Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before making the payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following working day. We will update the tracking number to the system.
  • For combine shipping of several orders, please contact us for further information. We offer special discounts for combined shipping.
  • Please be noted for some popular products/ hot items, the stocks keep moving on an hourly basis.  We will notify the customer of the purchase items that have no stocks. We will provide a full refund or replacement product if the customer is not willing to wait for the coming stocks.

Return Policies:

  • We will approve return and refund requests only if the item has a defect before the customer uses the products or the products don’t fit properly.
  • Please check the products of your order when you receive them and reject the package if the products have been damaged. Inform us immediately when you experience this situation.
  • We provide a refund if the products don’t fit properly, please inform us within 3 days after you receive the products and describe the detailed problem and send us the pictures and videos for confirmation.
