Gould & Goodrich LEATHER HOLSTER NPW 10LH LH 10" barrel REVOLVERS.  The holster you see in the pictures is what you are getting, I cannot find exactly what model this fits, but I would imagine it would fit several, I think it's made for up to a 10-in barrel revolver.
