Make sure the temperature will not drop below 40 degrees Fahrenheit in your area before purchasing. 🥶 Cold damage may occur if below 40. Make sure that package doesn't sit out in the sun for extended periods of time. 🥵 Heat damage may occur if exposed to intense heat.

●PLANTS ARE GOING TO BE SHIPPID OUT BARE ROOT = NO POT & SOIL.

You will receive a fresh cutting taken the day of shipping or rooted plant (whichever applies to you). Cuttings should be callused over by date of arrival and ready to plant. Rooted plants will be shipped wrapped in moist paper towels or spaghmum moss.

●WE SHIP OUT MONDAY'S THROUGH FRIDAY'S.

Plants will be shipped in recycled cardboard, but we make sure to properly package them. We wrap the leaf portion of the plant with bubble wrap, cardboard paper, or paded material.  (Packaging material is susceptible to change.)

If you are ordering several items from Monico's Garden or more than one quantity let us know in advance so that I can send you an invoice (I have had trouble sending invoices through eBay, so I do offer other purchase options which include Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, & Venmo). ●CONDITIONAL WARRANTY

Warranty is limited to guaranteeing plants will arrive in good condition. Warranty is conditioned on Seller receiving prompt notice (within 24 hours of delivery) of any problem with the condition of delivered product accompanied by photo validation. Shipping damage or delays are not covered. Damage due to temperature isn't covered as well. Be advised that yellowing or falling leaves are to be expected due to no light exposure from shipping. No other additional, extended, or long term Warranty is expressed or implied.
