We ONLY accept PAYPAL as a payment method for all our transactions. Please settle payment within 5 days after the auction ends, if you have any difficulty regarding payment, please contact us ASAP, otherwise, negative feedbacks will be left to any non-paid bidders

Service Guarantee

1.  All phones come with a 90-Days Warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty exclude any damage caused by the user.

2.   For defective on Arrival,  buyer has 14 days to send the item back to us for exchange the same model or pay price difference for exchange another model.

3.  Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail or skype (We will give you a 4 digital number to you to return the phone) so we can help you quickly and efficiently. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return.

4.   We aim to deal with your issues within 1 working day, often much quicker, however occasionally email response times can dip to 2 working days during the busiest of periods.

5.  All items returned must be in original package with no cosmetic or technical damage, with all accessories/manuals.

6.   We are not responsible for the postage of returning items, however we will shoulder the cost of sending it back to you.
