I believe this basketball is new and not used but it will not hold air. The gummy part for the pump needle has started to break down. It’s perfect for display and is in excellent shape. Even has the original box - which isn’t in great shape but I will include it. It can come out of the box pretty easily. This is a great vintage decorative piece.
