Where do you get your merchandise?

We obtain our merchandise from wholesalers, retail stores, private collectors and even Ebay!

How do I know if the item is brand new or was previously owned, etc.?

We will put the information in our description for the item. If the item was obtained from our wholesaler we will use a product promo shot or use the words “brand new” in the description. If the item is new(never opened) but was obtained from a retailer we will use a photo of the actual item and list as new/never opened. If the item was obtained from a private collector we will use a photo of the actual item and sell as used with a known history of the item. For example “used/never opened with normal shelf wear” or “used/previously opened” You are always welcome to send any questions you might have about Tuffs Toy Town merchandise.
