I have measured the corsets flat and with the laces tightened.
You can add extra inches depending on how tight or loosely you would like to lace it up.
The laces are of a generous length, see pictures.

SIZE S = 8/10 = CHEST 28" ~ LENGTH 14"

(Fully tightened, you can add extra inches letting it out)
SIZE M = 10/12 = CHEST 30" ~ LENGTH 15"

(Fully tightened, you can add extra inches letting it out)

SIZE L = 12/14 = CHEST 32" ~ LENGTH 15"

(Fully tightened, you can add extra inches letting it out)

SIZE XL = 14/16 = CHEST 34" ~ LENGTH 15"
