1973 Toy Wonder Wheel Kaleidoscope; this is a vintage toy kaleidoscope no. 130 sold by Steven Manufacturing in 1973. It has a hard cardboard base with a metal viewing eye hole on the end and a clear plastic wheel that has colorful pieces inside that form different images rolled. Measuring approximately 10.5" x 3", condition is used with wear and tear.
