This listing is for a fourth quarter 1947 PARKER JUNIOR  VACUMATIC fountain pen. This pen was produced close to the end of the Vacumatic era although the filler system was used into the Parker 51 era as well. It has double ring gold filled trim, split arrow clip and of course a plastic filler rod.  On this pen gold trim and plastic cap and barrel are all cosmetically excellent, with no significant flaws. The vacuum filler does not take up ink and will require a new diaphragm before it will. The 14k Parker arrow nib looks flawless. It has a straight medium point with good iridium and is quite firm. Nice looking pen!
