Delightful 19 piece Marquis Shape Marigold design tea set from the 1930s, made in England, UK by Alfred Makin.
In amazing condition for its age. Often, in pieces of this age, the pattern and especially the delicate gold line work, will have worn away considerably from use - but the colours in this set are still very vibrant, and the gold line work shows little to no evidence of ware.
