Item:  Fireman Sam 'Fire Station Playset' - made by Prism Toys.  As well as the fire station building, also included is a training tower, Jupiter (fire engine), and 2x figures (and a crash test dummy).

Condition:  The fire engine is missing a flap on the right hand side but is otherwise in good condition.  

The training tower is in good condition, but missing a door at the bottom.

The fire station is in good overall condition, with some minor marks in a couple of places.  The main door is also missing.  It comes with a working bell computer console (batteries included) and a fireman pole.  There is also a chair accessory.

The two figures (Fireman Sam and Station Officer Steele) are in good condition with only light signs of use.
